Guarantee Insurance

the risk of activating any bank guarantee issued by a Bulgarian commercial bank in favour of a beneficiary which is a Bulgarian legal entity or institution.  The insurance of bank guarantees in favour of the Association of the Bulgarian Enterprises for International Road Transport and the Roads (AEBTRI) for access to the TIR regime of Bulgarian carriers comes within this class of insurance. Another specific type is the insurance of guarantees for participation in tender procedures, for advance payments and good performance which are issued to Bulgarian construction firms.
