Money in transit insurance

insurance protection of all valuable consignments containing banknotes conveyed from the safety vault of the insured by specialized vehicles and security, following a previously declared fixed route on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The insurance covers loss and/or damage to any one valuable consignment as a result of:

• fire, arson, detonation, explosion;
• traffic accident;
• natural disasters – storm, hurricane, hail, flood, thunder, lightning etc.;
• theft of the whole motor vehicle;
• armed robbery;
• “pavement risk”.

On conclusion of an open cover policy a continuous and comprehensive insurance protection will be provided of all valuable consignments conveyed by the insured within a certain period of time under previously agreed terms and conditions of insurance and preferential tariff rates.
