Public liability insurance related to ownership and use of aircraft

Civil liability to third parties – provides insurance protection against all sums which the insured shall be legally liable to pay as compensation for damages caused (including awarded expenses), in relation to bodily injuries as a result of occurrences (whether fatal or not) and property damage, caused by the plane or any person and/or object falling therefrom.

Public liability to passengers and luggage – the insured is indemnified for all sums, which he is legally liable to pay as compensation for damages (including awarded expenses) in connection with: bodily injury resulting from an accident (no matter whether fatal or not) occurring to passengers on their boarding the plane, while being on board or when they get off the aircraft; loss of or damage to baggage and/or personal belongings of passengers as a result of an aviation incident.
