Public liability of firearm owners

the public liability of the insured natural person or legal entity or sole trader against any property damage and bodily injury caused to third parties as a direct result of firearms possession and usage.

Subject to indemnity under this insurance shall be all sums within the agreed limits, which the insured shall be legally liable to pay on the grounds of claims made by third parties as a compensation for bodily injury (including death or disability) and/or property damage, occurring within the period of the insurance, including all expenses made with the written consent of the insurer.

The insurance premium is a fixed sum per insured person and depends on the limits of indemnity and the number of firearms.

In case of a valid claim the insurance indemnity shall be fixed on the basis of an out-of-court agreement between the insured and the injured party, which is approved by the insurer. If such an agreement is not reached, the indemnity will be payable on the basis of an enforced court decision.

The insurance indemnity shall be payable to the insured within 14-days’ period after establishment of its grounds and the amount of the sum due.
