Travel assistance abroad
A group or individual insurance can be issued to Bulgarian and foreign citizens for the time of their trip or stay outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- Territorial validity
The insurance is valid worldwide with the exception of the Republic of Bulgaria and the country of residence or citizenship of the insured. Armeec Insurance JSC shall be liable for the life and health (working capacity) of the insured persons and shall cover the risk of an accident or an acute illness or in case of loss of baggage or if legal defense is required during the trip.
- Covered expenses
The insurance covers the expenses for medical examination, tests and hospitalization as well as for transportation from the place of accident (illness) to the nearest hospital, and the expenses for medicines and medicaments in case of outpatient treatment and for repatriation.
The Travel Assistance Abroad provides 24-hour assistance services in Bulgarian language and guarantees total payment of the expenses made within the agreed limit of liability, without any deductible of the insured persons.
- Sum insured
The cost of the insurance depends on the effected insurance cover, the insured risks, the period of insurance and destination. The sum insured varies from Euro 5,000 to Euro 50,000.
