Armeec Insurance Jsc. won two awards at the “Insurer of the Year 2014”

On May 14th 2015 at the official ceremony at Kempinski Hotel Marinela in Sofia the prestigious "Insurer of the Year 2014" for the most dynamically developing insurance company in 2014 was awarded to the Executive Director of Armeec Insurance Jsc. – Mr. Rumen Georgiev. The company was honoured with the highest prize based on market share, technical and financial results and paid indemnities.

2014 is the 12th consecutive year during which the premium revenue of Armeec Insurance JSC has grown. The Company ended the year in the first place on the general insurance market reporting a market share of 13.7 % and premium income growth of premium revenue by 11 %. All of this was achieved with utmost professionalism and adequate response to the multiple natural disasters occurring throughout the year.

The Company’s second prize was given to the Executive Director of Armeec, Mrs. Tsvetanka Krumova who was recognized by the Professor Doctor Velislav Gavriiski Foundation for her personal contribution to the development of the insurance sector. The expert jury based their decision on Mrs. Krumova’s professionally acknowledged academic and scientific achievements to the business, her public commitment, and her overall contribution for the development of the Bulgarian insurance industry.

The Insurer of the Year Awards have been around for 7 years. They are organized by the University of Insurance and Finance, the Bulgarian Insurers Association, the Professor Doctor Velislav Gavriiski Foundation and the Bulgarian Association of Supplementary Pension Security Companies.
