On behalf of the Management Board of Armeec Insurance Jsc we inform you that after a long-standing and successful partnership the Executive Director Mr. Rumen Georgiev, made a decision to resign from the management of Armeec.

Mr. Georgiev laid the foundations of the company success, contributing through his dedicated work Armeec to become an established brand on the Bulgarian market, to emerge as an insurance company, which brings together the best of experience, traditions and modern trends, a symbol of professionalism, individual approach and attitude to each client.

We are grateful and appreciate the professionalism and the years of hard work, which Mr. Georgiev devoted to achieve these results and wish him success in all his future endeavors!

We and the team of Armeec are still confronting the most important task - to keep the trust of our shareholders, partners, colleagues and every single client; to raise further the company’s professional standards and practices in the light of the new challenges facing the Bulgarian insurance market; to prepare the company for a well-deserved reception of its twentieth anniversary in 2016.
